Priority scores represent the value of a participant's attendance. The higher the score, the worse it is if the participant is unavailable.

0 = no value of attendance
2 = twice as important as someone with a score of 1.

Scores of -1 indicate a mandatory availability, ie. speakers that must be present or venues that must be used.
